Single-evening pottery classes in Raymond, Alberta.

3 hours to slow down, work with your hands, and make something real alongside real people.

Almost every class here runs a single evening, from 6–9 pm. Come take a seat at a long table with a small group, hands in clay, three hours of slow, shared, and absorbing work. In a world spent mostly behind screens, it is a rare kind of evening: real clay, real company, and one real thing you made yourself.

A few practical things worth knowing before you come, so the evening is easy from the moment you arrive.

If your plans change — Because classes are designed to be small, those who have committed to attend have their spot held. If you are unable to attend, you can sell your ticket privately or arrange transfer. Please notify me with contact information prior with at least 24 hr lead time. Unfortunately refunds on cancellations are not possible.

What to wear — Something you don’t mind getting clay on. Clay washes out, but aprons only cover so much. Short nails help; leave the rings at home.

What you make is fired here — Your piece needs to dry, then be fired, then glazed and fired again, so it isn’t ready to take home the night you make it. This process takes approximately 1 month. You will be contacted via email or text to notify of pickup once pieces are complete. Naomi will give you several pickup time windows to choose from and if none of them work please contact her to make arrangements.

Picking it up — If pieces are not picked up within 30 days of pick up time, items may be disposed of.

If you’d rather bring your own people, the studio can be booked privately for a group of your own.

Birthdays, teams, a few friends who’ve been meaning to do something together — private workshops run on their own terms, by request.
